Arrhythmology
The Clinical Arrhythmology Service is dedicated to the diagnosis, assessment and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias — disturbances of the heart's rhythm. These conditions may present with palpitations, dizziness, fatigue or, in the most serious cases, loss of consciousness, and require accurate, timely evaluation.
Through personalised, continuous care, the arrhythmologist deals with every stage of the diagnostic-therapeutic pathway: from drug therapy to cardioversion procedures, from transcatheter ablation to the implantation of cardiac devices (Loop Recorder, PM, CRT, ICD).
Rhythm diagnostics
Accurate risk assessment using 24-hour Holter monitoring, loop recorders and remote monitoring.

Integrated clinical management
A structured approach with collaboration between the imaging and invasive cardiology services.

Invasive treatment of arrhythmias
Electrical cardioversion and more complex procedures in a hospital setting.

Head of service
Dr. François Regoli.
